Before joining the company, Mr. Schwartz served as associate
Corporate Counsel at the FedMart Corporation and was in private
practice. During his law career, he has served as a judge pro-tem
in the San Diego Municipal Court and is currently a member of
the Assessment Appeals Board of San Diego County.
