Technical Proposals
Mr. Henning, Captain U.S.N. (Ret.), is responsible for market
and funding analysis. His career in the U.S. Navy includes two Vietnam
deployments aboard a destroyer as main propulsion assistant and
chief engineer. He also served as chief engineer on USS INDEPENDENCE
during "Operation Desert Shield." During his time in
the Navy he also dealt with waterfront surface ship repair, Navy
ship repair requirements and the Navy budgeting process.
