Our Customer's First Choice

Not only do we want our employees to say we’re No. 1, but we strive to have our customers say we’re No. 1! We want to be their first choice for ship repair and the best value in the industry. To achieve this goal, we’ve taken a proactive approach – initiating programs to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. We established a communication forum, promoting open dialogue between our shipyards and customers. This forum enables the discovery of issues influencing our customers’ needs and helps our production teams to respond in a timely manner. This program has paved the way for the establishment of valued partnerships with our customers. Additionally... hundreds of Process Improvement ideas from our workers have generated substantial cost savings for our customers and helped us improve efficiency and productivity. The Lean/Six Sigma concepts are being implemented which further benefit our customers increasing quality and eliminating time wasters. Together, working hand-in-hand with our customers through the entire repair process, the tone has been set, encouraging an atmosphere of trust and cooperation.
