Vice President/Treasurer
Mr. Cotter has responsibility for corporate treasury, accounting,
finance and government contract compliance. Prior to being promoted
to Vice President in 1993, he served as Divisional Controller
and Corporate Controller of Southwest Marine, Inc. He has 15 years
in the shipyard business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Before joining the company, he served as an audit manager at Ernst and Young.
