Consultant, Government Relations
Mr. Collins serves as a government affairs/political consultant
to United States Marine Repair. His experience has given him extensive
knowledge of the political process in this country, with special
expertise related to the political practices in Washington, D.C.
Having worked in the defense business for many years, he also
has extensive knowledge of defense contracting. His career highlights
include service as the District Director for U.S. Representative
Duncan Hunter (R-San Diego), currently the Chair of the House
Armed Services Committee, and Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative
Randy "Duke" Cunningham (R-San Diego).
